The officers, directors, employees and agents of QuadReal Property Group, are committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of information in accordance with our privacy guidelines and applicable law. QuadReal Property Group has established and will continue to maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of personal information.

The security of your personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain appropriate safeguards and current security standards to protect your personal information, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Although we cannot take responsibility for any theft, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration or destruction of data by a third party, we take reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

We keep your information only as long as we need it and for a reasonable time thereafter or to meet any legal requirements. We do not sell or share your personal information.

To accommodate changes in our service, the technology, and legal developments, this Policy may change over time. We may add, change, or remove portions of this Policy when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Whenever we update this Policy we will change the date on the Policy to indicate when the changes were made.

What Information might we collect and How is it Used?

When using the PAL web portal to pre-register a visitor, or when you pass through a PAL, we may collect certain general information about you and your visitor, in order to process the request for entry into Commerce Court. This information could include the name, email address, company affiliation of the person.

Your Consent

In some cases, yours and/or the visitors consent is implied, if we ask you to provide personal information with a stated purpose and you provide that information. Listed below are some examples of the ways that we collect information about you and how we use it.

  • On Line Visitor Registration
    To register a visitor via our online web portal, you need to provide us with basic general information such as your name and email address. The same is also true in respect of the visitor you are registering.
  • At the Concierge Desk
    When checking in or registering at the Concierge Desk, a valid form of government picture identification may be required. While we might ask you permission to scan in the information contained on the ID, the only information we are collecting from the ID card is in respect of your name. If you oppose the scanning of your information, we will manually input it into our system.

Information Collected Automatically

Like many other websites, our website automatically collects certain non-personal information regarding website users that does not identify you. Examples of that information might include the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the IP address of your Internet Service Provider, the date and time you access the website, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our website, the operating system you are using, the sections of the website you visit, the website pages read and images viewed, and the content you download from the website.

This non-personal information is used for website and system administration purposes and to improve the website.
